feedbackme.ai is an anonymous feedback collection platform that allows users to create feedback links and collect anonymous messages from their audience. The service includes:

  • Creation of public feedback links
  • Private dashboard access for viewing feedback
  • AI-powered feedback analysis and insights
  • Anonymous feedback submission without registration

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their private dashboard links
  • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not submitting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Not attempting to circumvent or abuse the service's features
  • Not using the service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes

4. Privacy and Data Collection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • No personal information is collected for basic service usage
  • Feedback submissions are anonymous and do not contain personal identifiers
  • We use minimal analytics to improve the service
  • Payment information is processed securely through Paddle
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties

5. Content Policy

Users must not submit content that:

  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Includes personal information of others without consent
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or attempts to exploit the platform
  • Promotes illegal activities or violence

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these policies and terminate access to users who repeatedly violate our terms.

6. Premium Services and Billing

Premium features are available through one-time purchases:

  • 40 AI Generations: $1.99 (one-time purchase)
  • Billing is processed securely through Paddle
  • All purchases are one-time payments, no recurring charges
  • Premium features are subject to fair usage policies

Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all purchases:

  • 14-Day Window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Full Refund: We provide 100% refund of the purchase price
  • No Questions Asked: Refunds are processed without requiring detailed justification
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Process: All refunds are handled by Paddle.com according to their standard refund procedures. You can also request refunds directly through your Paddle receipt email or by contacting Paddle customer support.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Temporarily suspend service for security reasons
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

feedbackme.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Intellectual Property

The feedbackme.ai service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by feedbackme.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
